CSR / Driver Trainer

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative & Driver Onboarding Trainer with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a trainer, you would conduct and facilitate Kater’s Driver Onboarding, communicate changes/service updates to drivers, and assist in designing/developing training programs. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include day to day customer service tasks including answering calls/e-mails, basic app troubleshooting with clients, and upholding high customer service standards.

These are some things we will expect:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a trainer.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Assist in designing/delivering training programs during driver onboarding.
  • Answering questions about the service/training content.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Office.
  • Professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
