We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Driver Onboarding Trainer with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a trainer, you would conduct and facilitate Kater’s Driver Onboarding, communicate changes/service updates to drivers, and assist in designing/developing training programs. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include day to day customer service tasks including answering calls/e-mails, basic app troubleshooting with clients, and upholding high customer service standards.
