We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead who is hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include day to day customer service tasks including answering calls/e-mails, basic app troubleshooting with clients. As the Team Lead you will also be responsible for taking client escalations, delegating tasks, and supporting the customer service team.
