Lead CSR

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead who is hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include day to day customer service tasks including answering calls/e-mails, basic app troubleshooting with clients. As the Team Lead you will also be responsible for taking client escalations, delegating tasks, and supporting the customer service team.

These are some things we will expect:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience/previous team lead experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Office.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
  • Problem solving abilities and experience handling customer/client escalations.
