Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is not only passionate about technology and troubleshooting, but also providing excellent customer service to our clients and drivers. You will be responsible for assisting app users with technical issues and answering questions they may have about the app. You are a hard worker, enjoy challenges, and are focused on providing an exceptional user experience.

These are some things we will expect:

  • Ability to answer user questions via phone, e-mail, and Zendesk
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to track and escalate technical issues to appropriate teams
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience
